usdm 06 LGT EJ20X swap need help

Hi all, I have an 06 LGT that i just "finished" a ej20x swap in i used the usdm wiring harness and ecu and yellow injectors. perrin turbo inlet, aem short ram intake. In the future, I'm looking to use the jdm wiring harness and ecu that I have. ALthough, im not sure how to set up the jdm wiring harness to work, it looks like it has too many pins so that even if i did switch it to the other side of the engine bay, it wouldnt match up to the harness that goes through the firewall
