Welcome!! and thank you for your service, even though its not to America.

 

when is your veterans day? i know you guys lost some men in WW1 and 2.

 

Not many people know this but the canucks saved our rearends on more than one occasion in WW2.

Currently intstructing at Ft.Bliss

Deployments include IFOR, SFOR w/ 1ID and OIF w/ 4th "Ivy" Division 1st BDE Raider...

Duty stations...Larson Barracks, GE, Ft.Bliss, TX, Osan AB, RoK, Ft. Hood, TX

Happy veteran's day!!

 

1. US Army - Medical Corps

2. 2LT (CPT once I graduate = May 2008)

3. July 04 - present

4. Currently reserve, but part of 187th Medical Batallion

 

Trained in Fort Sam Houston, TX (OBC)

 

Will be a doc for the Army sometime in the future...

They also do a huge amount of peace-keeping work with the UN and are deployed the world over.

 

Oh, and just to correct your statement; Canada IS a part of America, specifically, the North American half of the Americas. However Canada is not a member of the United States of America.

Get over yourself squid, eveybody knows what they meant. Seriously though, Canada has a pretty good war museum if you're ever in Ottawa. We went a few weeks ago and learned a lot. I'll never understand their affection (or willingness to pay) for the monarchy, but different strokes for different folks.

Well, I signed my life away this past semester, but I'm not active yet.

 

1. USN/ROTC

2. MIDN

3. 04-Present, expected commission: May 2008

4. Penn State majoring in Economics

 

On another note, my brother (also Penn State NROTC) told me today he got accepted to flight school. He graduates this may.

 

Thanks to all that have served, and to those that are serving, I'll be joining soon! :D

LOL!! Yeah, we're the least secret squirrel of the whole CT community. But, we also have to have the highest ASVAB scores to be an M-brancher.

 

If all goes well, I'll be a CTN by this summer!
