Need help with a part

So the shop I had the chrome delete kinda damaged the rubber seal, they won't do business with me anymore and issued out a refund, unfortunately I noticed that when they put the delete they might have cut things too close and damaged my passenger side rear window rubber seal.

 

I am looking at subaru parts, is this the right part?
