Energy suspension sway bar bushing #?

On the Energy suspension website it only shows the non-greasable bushings (part 19.5105). But I want to find which ones have the bracket with the grease fittings.

Stock front is a 21mm bar. There were a few out there with 20's I forget the specific model. It would be easy enough to install a zerk in the OEM strap and drill the bushing.

Folks have already aksed me about producing greasable kits. It's not cost effective for me at all. But I can certainly produce a drilled bushing and you can drill, tap and install a fitting in your OEM strap. I have told others the same thing.

Problem solved.

That's my whole problem, went to replace bushings and the driver's side bracket is bent. So, I just wanna replace the whole assembly and Energy brand seems the best deal for $25 unlike OEM is $50-100 just for brackets.

I think I saw that comment in a thread.

Did you ever contact SuperRupair and see if they would send you one?

I have used the same Energy Suspension strap and pushing kit on my XJ/Cherokee and one of the old solid axle Suburbans. They are what you would expect for $25. The slotted strap needs to be torqued way down to stay in place up front. Those 8x1.25 weld nuts in the subframe can strip out easily...Believe me, I know. I am always messing with bushings.

Energy Suspension poly nothing special either. It's hard, dry ... prone to squeaks.

If I had a spare strap, I'd send you one.

Yeah. I just talked to my buddy Doug. I can get them all day long. Cheap also. I might just go stockplie a bunch

They do pull down a pretty penny at the dealer.

You should have me make you a greaseable set in the OEM design.

So, you just take the stock ones and drill out and attach Zerk fittings? Do you need a hole through the bushing or does it grease around the outside of the bushing?

Yep, drill the strap. Tap it or just run in a zerk. Then yes, the bushing would need to be drilled (same location) to the center diameter to allow a duct for the grease. It's pretty simple. I drilled out some rear AVOs a few years back. I don't run that AVO bar anymore and I haven't had the need to develop any greasable in my stock design. I just run a stock strap, bar, and 85d rear sway bushing on both my cars.
