Have you reset the ECU since you fixed your vacuum leak? It'd make sense that the engine would knock when you reset the ECU before you fixed the leak, since it would be running lean until it learned that it had to add more fuel. Fixing the leak could solve your problem, so I'd say reset the ECU again and watch IAM and FLKC. If you're still seeing knock after that, it'd be worth smoke-testing the intake tract, just to make sure you don't have any other leaks. With that many km on the car, it's certainly possible that more hoses need to be replaced, and that's way easier than pulling the engine.

i already do reset ecu and same issue ? :(

Hmm. Well, the last inexpensive thing I can think of would be to make sure you don't have any heat shields tapping against the exhaust, since that can sometimes be picked up by the knock sensor. You could also make sure nothing is tapping on the engine near cylinder 4, since that's where the knock sensor is located.

colleagues ; My car knocking only on 1800 to 2200 rpm and when ecu detect knocking ecu retard the ignition to reduce the knocking how to fix this and should i open engine ; and can be knock sensor broken issue as my car run perfect above 2200 rpm ???

( as my colleague say may be knock sensor became so sensitive and need to change)

as my car running now 297000km .. is this can be the issue

You could try putting the transmission in neutral and revving the engine while having someone listen for rattles under the hood. I suppose the sensor could be bad, but a rattling heat shield would be much more likely.

Analyzing logs is time consuming and requires a fair bit of knowledge.

Most tuners charge for this in the form of re-tune fees.

If you want someone to do it for free, expect a long wait and potentially no takers.

Best to just learn what to log and how to read, analyze and even use the logs yourself for troubleshooting or tuning or both.

Read up on Romraider sticky threads, use Vipertune great log analysis tool.

And have a read about Subarus knock prevention and anticipation strategy in the sticky by me in this section.

It's of course possible that it's an injector issue, but with that symptom the MAP (Manifold Air Pressure) sensor is suspect. Any possibility to log data? It can sometimes give more information.
He's got a few logs up @ post #80... likely before all the latest replacements though. Not sure how useful or fast-sampling they are and if they cover the actual issue, allow formulation of any theories.

500rpm of slight hesitation at 1500rpm on a 2.0l automatic Legacy sounds about par for the course.

If you have no check engine light I wouldn't worry about it.
