The Subaru parts website drawings can be very difficult to decipher. I have parsed-out info from the 2016 Legacy Manual that may help showing where (I believe) the connector/s should be for the power port. You should be able to confirm the wire colors going to the connector. Hope this helps. The wiring diagram you provided really helped me out, thank you.
