At $875, it might be cheaper if it were made of gold. https://www.maperformance.com/products/arma-speed-carbon-intake-kit-2009-2014-subaru-legacy-gt-cfi-sub-leggt?variant=45200199363&gclid=Cj0KCQjwp_DPBRCZARIsAGOZYBQPldmmxgkRpXk2M65xf564Az-F0RaB-YSbDfL0nDG2RY_GmsKyB48aArkSEALw_wcB Carbon Fiber Intake System for 2009-2014 Legacy GT by ARMA Speed ARMA Speed’s Carbon Fiber Intake System combines our unique Airflow Guide Design and Vacuumed Carbon Fiber Airbox which isolates the engine bay’s hot air away from the intake so we can maximize the amount of cooler air into your engine. While focusing on High Quality, High Efficiency and Continuous Innovation, the ARMA Speed HyperFlow Carbon Air Intake is the ideal balance of performance and engine bay Carbon Fiber Restyling. With the best looking carbon fiber intake system out there on the market, you have the option to custom Matte Dry-Carbon Finish or Gloss Clear Coat Finish at no additional charges. Both finishes will perfectly compliment your car while giving you proven performance that you would expect from a Carbon Fiber Intake System. ARMA Speed also carries a Patented Variable Air Filter System that takes account of both torque and fuel consumption at lower speeds. This variable unit can be controlled by a remote, supplied to you, in which you will be able to control the valve unit to determine which RPM you would like the filter to open up to provide you with the best air flow. Have a closed valve at lower RPMs would decrease the likelihood of the throttle body suffocating, thusly, losing low end horsepower and torque. You have the power of controlling the intake!! Features Unique vacuum process, smooth surface, and clear double carbon fiber pattern inside out Break-through carbon fiber pipe manufacturing process Direct bolt-on design with no modification needed Each air box is tailor-made to maximize usage of engine compartment space Unique air-flow guide design to minimize turbulence in air box No remapping of ECU/DEM required Each application is dyno-tested and show proven power gains of 5% - 15% German patented filter w/ valve, improves lsos of torque at low rpm's Stainless steel filter is reusable and easy to clean Variable Carbon Fiber Intakes are a Special Order Item. Perscitus
Any takers on this kit. At $875, it might be cheaper if it were made of gold.Blast from the past! I remember we saw this and a few other similar designs a few years ago. Its nearly as expensive as it is unneccesary at Stage 1-n... unless of course the new owner wants to chase their tail figuring out MAF scaling, tip-in/out fueling, load calcs, fueling errors, timing issues, boost errors, change a lot of load comp tables.... after all that close to no gains even up top... marketing hype is just that. Stock and paper or dry nanofiber drop in are the best bet. MA Perf dont have that good of a reputation re their OTS tunes either.

A_A_ron
According to the power road blocks thread linked below the stock intake is not restrictive up to 335whp or so. To get to that point you are looking at getting a new turbo wheel in your vf-54 housing and do lots of other things to be safe at that power level. All without dropping a penny on your intake. http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/5th-gen-gt-power-roadblocks-and-solutions-259192.html Build Thread
