GTEASER Posted October 18, 2017 Share Posted October 18, 2017 No. Different diameter and thickness. And on the rears, the parking brake drum is bigger than yours. You could do the fronts but you would need 3.6R calipers also. They should bolt right on but you might need the 3.6R backing plates and you will most definitely need 17" rims. 16" wheel barrels will not clear the calipers.
