Falcor
I've noticed when I depress the clutch on the GT that the bottom of the seat squeaks/rubs against the plastic side cover where the controls are. Anyone had this issue? I was thinking of adding a piece of felt or edge guard material to the plastic cover. http://img2.sm360.ca/images/inventory/kentville/subaru/legacy/2010/5130483/5130483_09192_2010-subaru-legacy_012.JPG
Humble Rumble
I had an absolutely infuriating drivers seat squeak when I first got the car, pretty much at any movement at all. Down in the corner of where the seat joints are, you'll kind of have to move some material aside, but you can reach a WD-40 straw in there and squirt some and that should solve it. I'll try and get some pictures of exactly where I did mine, but I did it last winter and the squeak has been gone since. Maybe that's what you're hearing instead? Or is it for sure the plastic-on-leather? 2012 Legacy 3.6R Build Thread 5th Gen Legacy BM/BR Body Kit Compendium Thread
Falcor
I'm pretty sure it's plastic on leather. I'll check it again after work.

Problem solved.
