MilesA
Front or rear? Which part in these diagrams is rusted out? Or is it something else?

merlins voodoo
It is the bracket on the chassis where part 3 that is rusted and broken and causeing the sway bar to ride on the axle.
MilesA
Rear bushing clamp (bracket) = P/N 20466AG000 Front bushing clamp (bracket) = P/N 20416AG00A The rear part costs about $4.00 from the dealer with discount. For some reason, the front bracket price is insanely expensive, like over $40.00 for a simple bracket. So, if you are replacing the front, you might want to think about just completely replacing them with aftermarket such as these: https://www.amazon.com/Energy-Suspension-9-5125G-Stabilizer-Bushing/dp/B000CN9CEK/ The bushing size will need to match whatever sway bar you have. Stock is 21 mm, IIRC.
merlins voodoo
That is not the part that is broken, what is broken is the bracket that attaches to it.
MilesA
Oh, THAT problem. That area is pretty weak. AVO makes some reinforcement brackets. Kind of expensive, but they do work well. You may need to have some welding done to repair the broken metal section before installing these. http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/diy-avo-swaybar-mount-reinforcement-bracket-142767.html
