I recently replaced the CVT fluid on my 2012 Subaru Legacy 2.5i and was forced to use the same washer because I wasn't able to find it, even the Subaru dealer was unable to help me since they claim that fluid is not supposed to be changed. bigboy292000 Posted August 19, 2017 Share Posted August 19, 2017 Look under the car. Does it leak CVT fluid? No? You are good, the crush washer is doing it's job.
