Daily: 03 esclade ($10,000 5 years ago) 1st project: 240sx drift car (Sold for parts because i was a nub (Non Useful Body) and didnt know what job i got myself into. Intentions: Flip for profit or fall in love. I Have been looking through this forum for a couple of weeks now to help me decide if this project was worth taking. Then I drank a bottle of vanilla Crown and bought the car. 2005 Legacy 2.5 GT Limited 5MT. Problems: [CEbTER]Blown clutch and flywheel. [Replaced] Axels cracked. [Replaced] Dead battery [Replaced] supposed electrical ground. supect: radio cd changer. (Keeps cycling after car is turned off) Paint, paint, paint [Plasti dip in progress] Interior/ exterior trim [nope] Insane amount of play in stick shift [waiting for bushing] tail light and rear bumper damage [light ordered, maybe sand and heat gun pop out] Headlight oxidation [im too lazy for this right now] Master Window switch sucks [Looking for quality replacement] Glovebox also sucks [super sucks] Brakes and rotors seen better days Weird noise from around the trans after acceleration Noise happens in gear and moving. The sound is coming from under the shifter. sounds like small backfire, but only through to the cat or it sounds like the tranny is bouncing on the mount. request if this is a problem that someone has delt with before.
