06SubLegTx
Hello, I have a 06 Legacy with a engine splash shield that is only a couple of months old and it is already starting to sag on the Driver Side where there is less plastic material. Has anyone ever found a way to brace it up or modify it so that it's not sagging like it's many years old when it is only 6 to 9 months? Thanks for and constructive input. cseagle08
I'd suggest zip-ties? No one will see it and it'll be easily removable if you ever need to. My '05 the splash shield has been missing since I bought it, lol.
Max Capacity
The shield is said to help create a low pressure area under/behind the tmic. You want to have it in place. The top engine is said to help too...but I removed mine back in Jul 04 a couple weeks after I bought my wagon. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs.
