Do the $99 OEM tweeters on the Subaru accessory site have a place to be installed in the car, or does the Premium already come with them? If they can be installed, how hard is it? Milkywitness Posted June 13, 2017 Share Posted June 13, 2017 Yes there are 6 overall speakers in the Premium trim, and yes it has the tweeters. Do you see the mesh cover in the top right and left of your dash just below the front windshield? Those pop off super easy and the tweeters should be under there if you want to check. Changing those is VERY easy, just pop the mesh cover off, undo two screws and unplug the wiring and you're good. There are some good threads on speakers on here if you ever wanna upgrade the Premium speakers (they are terrible). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
