Cube4
The Eco gauge is a distracting annoying feature which I can find no way to turn off. It is a graph centered on the dash that blinks toward a (+) sign whenever I step on the gas or moves toward the (-) sign when I take my foot off the gas on my 2017 Legacy. When I glance at the dash board I want to receive important information Such as the speedometer, tachometer not this blinking nonsense. I would hate to add tape to this new car’s beautiful dash to block this thing. Any recommendations are appreciated.
RumbleRumble
there is no way to disable it. They should have put the clock and outside temp there instead.
Cube4
I figured I would not able to disable the Eco gauge blinking nonsense. That is frustrating along with the auto dimming mirror which only marginally dims. Subaru informed me that I can’t switch out the barley dimming rear view mirror with a manual flip mirror without disabling the eye sight system. I like my car a lot but the rear-view mirror is terrible and this Eco gauge is a dangerous distraction. Thanks for your reply.
