Exeter Subaru vs Village Subaru for next maintenance

I've had a pretty bad time with most dealers around the area, I went to Village subaru for my last problem and they were great, however at the moment Exeter Subaru is closer. Any opinions? I may have some issues that would need warranty coverage that I know some other dealers would give me crap about, for no reason other than that they suck.

Exeter Subaru is the prefered spot for most seacost guys. I'd be going there myself if it wasn't an hour away. From what i have heard from friends and Nabisco, they will not give you a hard time with mods either, as long as its not the direct cause.

Certainly one of the top two if not the top recomended dealer in the state from what i can tell.

Exeter Subaru is great. Not only will they not give you a hard time about mods, they will install them for you (they did my UP/DP). Even if your problem was caused by an aftermarket product, they will work w/ you. They even tell you to keep all stock parts and reinstall them (if possible) before you bring the car in. I was there one day when they were working on an STi with a spun berring and they were "working" with that guy for at least some warranty coverage even though it was caused by a "...turbo bigger than your head..." as Brian explained it to me.

1 vote for Exeter Subaru. Hey, afterall, how many dealerships hold Customer Appreciation Days at drag strips AND bring NEW cars that anybody can take for a 1/4 mile spin.

I haven't been to Exeter Subaru for service/maintenance in about 5 years since I owned my '01 2.5RS, but they were always great to deal with, friendly and courteous, similar pricing to most dealerships and go the extra mile to get what you want done. They even mailed parts they didn't have in stock to me up in Maine, (for warranty work) at no extra charge, so I didn't have to make unscheduled trip back to Exter (which is where my office used to be). I've never been to Village Subaru, so I can't say.

Trying to buy a car at Exeter Subaru was a whole different experience for me, needless to say I didn't buy a car from them.
