ECUFlash Openport Read Issues

Was hoping somebody could look at my logs for ECUFlash and see if they can pinpoint where I'm going wrong.

 

To start, the engine is currently out of the car ie; the harness isn't hooked up so that very well could be my issue.

 

I'm only trying to read/save the current ROM on my car in preparation for an e-tune.
