Ajfrassetto Posted October 31, 2016 Share Posted October 31, 2016 So im running into an issue. Tore my turbo up, and figured id do rods pistons. Turned into going all out. 99.5 dimamond pistons, manley turbo tuff rods, sti heat treated crank, top feed injectors, iag aos and put a bnr 16g turbo on it. All said and done, car made 273 271. Ok, it was 100 degrees outside, plus was the 10th pull on the motor. Feels good on the street, take it to the track friday, air is great. Good da, and its 48 degrees outside. Car goes 13.94 @ 97mph. 1.81 60'.....wtf, back it up with exactly same time. Issue i see is, the turbo is not making power until 4k rpm... on a 16g.
