Right fun not working as the AC is on

Hi,

I'm just new to this forum :-)

 

Have my Legacy 92 GL 2.0 automatic for about 2 weeks now.

I bought it with th AC compressor not working (making a very bad noise)

and had it replaced for e restored one. Though...

 

1) The AC is working just bad for the moment... measuring output air between 12 to 15 Celsius. BAD! Also at morning with cool engine, those are the temperatures).

 

I will go back to the guy about it, but before I must resolve the other problem (or he will say that the AC will cool OK if the 2 fans work together)

 

2) The more intriguing is that the right side fan(radiator fan) will not turn on while the AC is on.

 

While the AC is off, the fans start and stop perfectly.

 

Any idea?
