Ended up having to work today. I'm in the office right now and I'm not happy about it.

Sorry man. I hate working on Saturdays.

 

It was a beautiful day on the coast. About 72* calm sea, no wind. The beaches were packed. Surfers, families riding bikes and kids digging in the sand. The harbor was busy, lots of boats coming and going.

 

The group ended up at Katch Joanne's. Clam chowder, calamari and beer battered fish n chips. Kaimino's fish was salmon. It was excellent. We hung out for 4.5 hours enjoying the weather and sharing stories. I'm pretty sunburned today. Should have paid better attention. Another guy named Jay showed up after lunch. He's was from SF and has a 15+WRX. That was the day. I think the next meet will be back in Fremont next month. We will certainly do the coast again this summer.
