new motor new turbo new numbers

The car has been sitting since 2011 just finally got her running again. I missed this car so much and I sure forgot about how hard it pulls. Next mods are the ipt 5eat and Hex mods bullet proof diff. This dyno run was just the very first so the hp curve and torque are kinda unrefined I think and it got brought down to around 365 wtq and 325whp I expect the curves to look better too.

Greedy sp2 catless exhaust,

Tial 38mm ext waste gate 2bar I need to change it to a 1bar

built 08 ej257,je pistons,carillo rods,king bearings w/pnp rebuilt 05 sti heads

Killerb oil pickup,

Forced performance oil feed line,

23lbs boost,

Hex mods valve body,

Defi link unit 2 boost and ext temp gauges,

By the way how can I Confirm that it is a sti block and heads other then believing the builder?

 

i would be curious for this answer too...

 

are you still using your legacy ecu? i really want to run sti motor but i do not want to rewire or change my ecu stuff. seems like it would open a whole new can of worms i don't want to mess with.

Same setup except tweaked timing a bit by adding lic motorsports idler cam rollers to fix half a tooth in timing. Since thwn ive also installed hex mods bullet proof center diff kit and i love it im launching around 3750-4000 rpm.

Well blew up my centerdiff 5 months ago which killed the trans also . Rebuilding it with ipt trans parts and putting a high stall ipt tq conv about 4200 stall. I bought hexmods last bullet proof kit. Hopefully she holds together. Should be up and running mid jan.
