whitetiger
Just throwing this out there. If a f/s thread has no new posts for a certain period of time, it should be automatically closed and thrown in to the F/S archive. this means that the thread would have to have active posting or bumping by the seller for it to stay alive. this would make searching easier since the results would not be cluttered with threads that don't have an active seller. GTEASER
Would you like to become a moderator and be in charge of keeping the Marketplace spic and span? SBT would know if the forum software has the capability of doing this. whitetiger
^my proposal is for an automated function, so no extra Moderator work. I was a Mod once, remember? If the forum does have this capability, it would be a good thing to implement.

SBT would know if the forum software has the capability of doing this. I think it might, actually. A different forum I frequent has this functionality, although they've been running whatever version of vBulletin they're on since I've been a member (going on 11 years now), so it's entirely likely it's a custom plug-in or something.
