Trailer hitch halp

It will mount, although technically the sedan isn't rated for towing, so none (that I know of) are made for it. I have a Hidden Hitch (looks similar) on mine and it worked well for towing a motorcycle nearly 5000 miles total.

I just installed one (same hitch model) on my 05 LGT wagon last week. It hangs low, and will tend to scrape in certain situations. It could have been designed much better to allow the receiver to be an inch higher. Unfortunately it wasn't.

How difficult was install? It'd be used very rarely for me so it might be better to remove it when not in use. Do you have a pic?

Super simple. The pics on the etrailer link you posted show the whole job. two bolts above each muffler, one down thru the tow hook at the rear of the spare tire well.

Didn't even notice! Well if I run into issues with it hitting my steep driveway, I'll leave it off when not in use.

The LGT and 2.5i sedan have a towing capacity of 2700lbs (3.0R sedan is 3000lbs).

I removed the uhaul hitch from my 3.0R sedan because it hung low and dragged on things too often. It's easy to install/remove. I will put it back on when I need it (once a year, maybe).
