Pleather Interior Care

I understand that Subaru stopped using real leather around 2000 so that the seats in my 2005 GT are some sort of plastic coated leather or something. Are there any recommendations on how to best keep my seats, dash, and other soft interior materials looking like new? The previous owner did a pretty good job and I plan on keeping this car for a while.

I'm an original 4th-gen owner myself, and admitedly have neglected my leather. I'd like to know what folks are using for long-term leather maintenance myself. It's time for me to work to save these seats before it's too late.

In my 08' I use these about every other weekend or every weekend depending on the week I've had. Ended up buying a cheap seat cover for the mornings because after working out I didn't want the salt from sweat to do too much damage to the seat.
