Hi all, I just picked up some Philips Crystal Vision Ultras for my DRLs and Low Beams for my 2013 Legacy. I'm looking to get some LED Switchbacks for my Turn Signals, but am wondering if I should bother changing the Parking Lights to LED as well so they're a closer match?

Thoughts? I'm looking at the bulbs here, but not sure which ones to get.

So I just installed 7664 Cree LED's in my reverse lights on my 09 LGT and now when I put my blinkers of they blink rapidly as if they were close to dying, headlight side mirror and taillight are all blinking fast, does anybody have any insight on this problem? I know it says 921 is our reverse light but when I ordered it it was way to small and the 7664's were bigger and fit

DON'T take the headlights out.

Undo the pop-its from the wheel well liner. any of them from the axle line forward, and pull the wheel well liner out a bit, so you can reach behind it. there is at least a couple under the front apron area. be careful not to break them, although if you have some extra pop-its, some stubborn ones it is easier to just break off, and pull out.

With some nimble fingerwork, and some patience, you can rotate and pull the indicator socket out, and pull the bulb out of it... you may want to hold the bulb in a certain orientation as you bring it out of the wheel well area, and note which side of the bulb the writing is on that says what bulb number it is. do the same for the bulb you are putting in, because it will be blind work when you put it back.

you may want to test to make sure they work correctly before you button the wheel well liner back in on each side.

I did it (with silverstar indicator bulbs) while I was changing oil and tires over for the winter, which gave me a lot more room to work, with the car on jack stands, and the front wheels off already...

Sorry to revive such an old post, but I just tried to change out my front turn signal/marker bulbs (for LED units). The passenger's side went without a hitch when reaching into the wheel well, but on the driver's side, there's a auto trans filter and what look like washer tank and trans fluid lines all in the way. Will I have to remove the bumper cover? Or should I try removing the battery?

Also wanted to add some info that I just discovered regarding the front turn signals:

hey what do people recommend for the best fog light bulbs? Should I go 3000k or higher? any preference with housings also??

I prefer a yellower light color for the foglamps. I wasn't trying to match my lowbeams, so I actually put yellow film over my foglamp lenses.

does anyone know part numbers for low beam reflectors and whether its possible to get them somewhere?

i have a 3.0r from 2005 and one of my low beam lamps came loose and actually burned through one of the reflectors... would be a shame to exchange the whole assembly because of that...

Got an after market blub (only bulb, has a cord) doesn't look anything like the 1 I pulled out (bulb attached 2 plastic fitting). If the bulb in the fitting comes out idk how 2 remove it and almost b4oke it. Could some1 please help me out and clear up some of the who, what, when, where, and why?

Please and thank you,
