ynot kustoms Posted December 16, 2014 Share Posted December 16, 2014 just wanted to post this I ordered a set of silicone hoses off ebay meant for Subaru Impreza GC8 EJ20 STi WRX GTVers3~6 96-00 they work awesome waited a month because I wanted green. blue,red,black are in stock in the u.s. but others have to be special ordered had to trim alil on one side. the top trimmed at the coolant pipe side and the bottom at the radiator side. trimmed it at about 1/2 inch but definitely start trimming it less to get right size( I might have trimmed the top alil short but wasn't worried cause I wanted to put a sensor adapter in for bleeder purpose http://www.ebay.com/itm/SILICONE-RADIATOR-HOSE-FIT-For-Subaru-Impreza-GC8-EJ20-STi-WRX-GTVers3-6-96-00-/310882913768?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item486210cde8&vxp=mtr Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The lower coolant hose is "soft" from being exposed to trans fluid for an extended period of time. Ordered a set of the red. I'll post up any figment issues to the ej22! Zerohour Posted December 24, 2014 Share Posted December 24, 2014 Hey, just an update. Received these yesterday. Installed the upper today. I had to cut 3/4" off of the upper hose on the motor side.
