Which Pinks? Konis on Spec-B

I've been reading thread after thread regarding which JDM Pinks to select and pretty much have an information overload at this point. The car is an '08 Spec-B, the struts are yellow Konis. After all my reading I'm guessing the best selection will be GT MT wagon pinks (P/N ST2033021010 / ST2038021010). Am I correct with this assumption?

Given this selection, what sort of drop am I looking at? I'd like to keep close to stock height, but eliminate a bit of the wheel gap. Worse comes to worse, I suppose I could add some spacers if need be.

Lastly, I've had a bit of trouble finding the GT MT wagon pinks. The sedan springs haven't been an issue though. What is my best bet for the wagon springs?

Thanks in advance, guys!

On your 08 Spec B you most likely do not have Konis. The Yellow struts you are seeing are most likely Bilsteins. The JDM STi Pink Springs will work well with those for sure.

I'm replacing the Bilsteins with Konis.

My question is WHICH Pink would be the best option.

Make sure you have the proper inserts (the konis can't be used in Bilstein housings) and no reason to get the wagon springs if your car is a non-wagon. You don't need the extra stiffness in the rear because you don't have the weights and overhang that the wagon has.

They're going in OEM LGT housings with LGT top hats, etc.

From what I've read, the wagon springs are more desirable to in the USDM market due to a bit of saggy butt due to differences between the JDM and USDM top hats, and sounds like the wagon rear springs are just taller with the same spring rate (main source is this sticky -> http://legacygt.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1149434&postcount=1)

I mean, if worse comes to worse, I could get spacers to bump the rears but I'd prefer to get the better spring option (if readily available).

The only place I know that used to get them was Rallispec. Not sure if they can still get them anymore unfortunately.

I am curious about running the JDM pink springs with KYB struts. Reason is, I wasn't planning on changing the springs when I added swaybars and end-links. But after driving it for 6 months, I want the pink springs and thinking about adding the whiteline roll center adjustment kit as well. I just hate to throw out the KYB struts with just 8k on them. Will these be ok for a year or two? when they wear out I'll add Bilsteins or Konis.. what would be negatives to using these KYB's for a while? Thanks for input in advance!
