Just a heads up ^ This harness works great for the front blinkers, but you will have to do some modification to the socket's to get them to fit for the back blinkers! I did this same install a few weeks ago, front ones pop right in, back ones.... not so much.

It takes probably 20-30 minutes of whittling away at the socket's with a knife to get them to plug into the housing.... kind of annoying if you ask me. I would recommend the iJDM toy option.

Also, after about a week after the installation one of the LED's fell out of the socket (on the back) So Now I have the LED held into the socket with electrical tape for added support :spin:

Something else too! These resistors get incredibly hot after just a minute or two, be careful where you mount them.

Andrew_l_s, thanks for updating the link.

Airborne, read your post on 1692's post on turn signals. Watched the video. Noticed you bought from the same place, Peninsula Subi. Thanks for your input.

I see there's more and more advertising ones without the need for the external resistors. I'll do more investigating and post specific questions on "turn signals" on the other thread.

My dome, map, vanity, and correct colored LEDs (front & rear marker) should arrive tomorrow. Should go smooth. I'll only have the H11, 9005, and turns left to convert. Tons of choice\options out there.

Noob question here, but I cannot figure out how to pop the covers off the map lights on our 2016. Do just the lenses come off or do you have to remove the whole plastic piece surrounding them as well? Thanks!

Just got these yesterday. This seller on e-bay has tons of led's and a nice variety of 194's. They looked huge when I opened the package, but actually fit into the housing with almost no room to spare. The light they throw down is incredible, and the intensity matches the lights in the mirrors. I like it!

Reviving an old thread.

I just ordered a Prolightz kit for all interior lights and a separate pair of Door Puddle Lights.

Will probably install them this weekend and give an update.

Bought the same Puddle Lights as this gentleman above^^

I bought these, but 2 packs. Bulbs are the same in our Legacy.

If you want something crazy freakin bright for puddle lights these are it. Has anyone had trouble replacing the trunk license plate lights with LEDs? The bulbs I bought seem slightly too long and don't fit in the space. I measured the original bulbs and they're 23mm long and the ones I bought are 28mm long.

If you've successfully replaced those with LEDs and you're happy with them can you please post a link to where you got them?

How about this?

These look like the brightest puddle lights by far. Does anyone else's surpass these? If not I'll be ordering the ones listed.

Hard to tell from the photos but I'm pretty sure mine are brighter. Originally bought for dome lights but too freakin bright! I can take a night pic for comparison if you want.

If you could that would be greatly appreciated. I was just going by how defined the cut off line is at the edge of the door, you can see the sheer lumens his are putting out.

Has anyone installed led back up lights?

These are almost identical to the ones I have installed on mine. I had bought some of the Philips 921 backup LED's, and the light output wasn't as good as these ones have.

Sorry I haven't got a pic yet. Keep forgetting to when I'm out and my garage floor is snap-together grate tile so light doesn't reflect light all that well. Making a note to myself to do it tomorrow.
