porsche5k
Hi guys, I bought some Spec.b rims from a member here. They are curbed so I would like to refinish them. Has anyone tackled this project before and can give me tips? Also does anyone know the name of the color they are? http://www.iwsti.com/forums/diy-mods-installations/149801-fix-refinish-oem-bbs-wheels-extremely-detailed-10-step-guide-2.html I will be refinishing them in a similar way as in the link above. I'll post progress pictures here!
Specbwee
I know this may sound a little ricy, but, have you ever thought of doing plasti dip? It will cover in all the scratches and scrapes and cost you at the most $50. I just did it for the first time on my rims and they are great. There are plenty of diy videos on youtube. porsche5k
I definitely gave it some thought but for now I'd love to just have them refinished and looking OEM! Thanks.

Specbwee
Man, I like the sleeper look but those rims are super heavy. At least the 08s are.
porsche5k
Bump, if anyone knows a good way to paint match or a rattle can spray that is the matching color that would be greatly appreciated.
JJr
I love those wheels, best looking OEM IMO ( at least they would look awesome on my wagon) I've read JB Weld works well for the curbing, light sanding primer and paint, Not sure on paint color keep searching.
