shifting from 2nd to 3rd in sport mode

Here is my dilemma. I recently had my speed sensor harness changed. Now when going from a dead stop and fast acceleration my 5eat shifts from 1st to second fine.its when going from2nd to 3rd it goes to the rev limiter and will only shift if I let off the gas, or shift it manually, then it will shift. I was going to do a full fluid change to see if that works or bring it to the dealer and maybe have them check the TCM. The car is full stage 2 and I rarely if ever really beat on it. But getting onto the highway this happened. Anyone else experience this? Car has 165k on it and maintenance is done routinely,I'm anal about this car.
