Does the Legacy (or any other current Subaru) use a dual 3/16" brake line clip?

I need a few for the SVX but the correct ones are discontinued. Does anyone know if the Legacy or any other Subie uses something similar? The clips in question snap into the frame rail and hold two 3/16" lines. Something like these ones:

I'm planning to crawl under the Spec B to see if I can find anything similar to the SVX but thought I would ask first to save myself a bit of headache if possible.
