If Subaru separated the WRX mark from the Impreza name so that it would look and be a completely different car....I doubt they would make the 2017 Impreza look more like the 2015 WRX because that would defeat the purpose of the 2015 wrx not sharing 90% of the exterior body panels of the Impreza.
