mtarone Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 Hi All, I dont know how many of you have seen this, but the WR legacy GT looks pretty sweet. Unfortunately its only available in Japan. http://www.subaru.co.jp/legacy/wrlimited/index.html http://www.subaru.co.jp/legacy/wrlimited/utility/index.html Here are some photos: http://users.chariot.net.au/~mtarone/Liberty/wrlegacy-interior.GIF http://users.chariot.net.au/~mtarone/Liberty/wrlegacy-dash.GIF http://users.chariot.net.au/~mtarone/Liberty/wrlegacy.GIF Cheers, Matt
MSB Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 'Fraid so, yours is the 3rd mention of the limited edition legacy
agctr Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 MSB, now hold on there a minute......... I think yr a little quick to judge the croweater from South Australia. Yes the WR Car has been mentioned before on this site, you are very correct MSB...... "BUT" no one ever mentioned or posted pictures of an XBoX WR Car. I may stand corrected but Im pretty much 100% sure that Subaru has NEVER EVER released a HOT version of any car in a 5EAT. Seth, GTGuy, Franz, Tide and anyone else??? Help me out here... as Im still a little gobsmacked.
dskelto Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 I don't care for the red on red gauges. Just my opinion.
agctr Posted July 22, 2004 Posted July 22, 2004 dskelto, you would be surprised how quickly you would get used to them, at night they look pretty trick and during the day, they are nice and clear to say the least.
mtarone Posted August 19, 2004 Author Posted August 19, 2004 Nothing from my "sources" Adam. :( Sorry! -Matt
apexjapan2 Posted August 19, 2004 Posted August 19, 2004 What bad boy? This is a std spec B with some extra bits on it. Nothing "hot" I am afraid. And the 5EAT gets the same de-tuned motor as any other auto turbo. Or are you guys seeing something I am missing? Cheers :)
wunderkind Posted August 19, 2004 Posted August 19, 2004 Bah, just stick an STi sticker and it's Legacy STi babeeee!!!

gtguy Posted August 19, 2004 Posted August 19, 2004 But look at how wide that brake pedal is in the WR model. Should make heel/toeing a piece of cake. Kevin

gtguy Posted August 19, 2004 Posted August 19, 2004
thats cause it looks like its an auto
Ye gods, so it is. But why would an automatic need such a honkin' pedal? To fill space in the footwell? I can't believe I didn't notice the console (smacks self upside head). Kevin

apexjapan2 Posted August 19, 2004 Posted August 19, 2004 <hint> you can order the pedal (covers) from your dealer </hint> That's how mysteriously they are on my ancient car, too :D
