I think this would be a great opportunity for people to share what comes from their local box or another site perhaps. With all the people on here I'm sure there are a few level 1s or 2s that have WOD programming or oly lifting experience they can share. So what do yall thing? Just got back from doing 14.1 and i completed exactly 5 rounds which gave me a score of 225. Still have a lot of work left to get to the level of the people that were hitting 7 and 8 tonight at my gym. I'll be getting in a 9am workout and from the looks of it, it will be a partner WOD.
