help me i lost my bass

:confused:hey im 1 year old in the subaru family and i got a Legacy GT 09 , my sub in the back of the car ( stock one) i think its harman kardon is blown and i need to know what is a good one to put back in place of it, it hit pretty good till now and i dont know if its a 8' or a 10' . some help would be nice

From what I'm reading, you're looking at about 7" maximum without modification. I'm out of the car audio loop, but from what I remember this could vary a little depending on the way the sub is designed.

Just want to add that if the same sound is what you want then go OEM. but if you are thinking about getting an aftermarket sub to go in there, chanced are it'll sound wack and be under powered. Factory amp does not pump out a lot of power.

 

And with aftermarket sub means box for sub, amp, amp kit, and install.

 

I could be wrong, im just going off my experience with customers factory audio.
