Aftermarket headlights

If your willing to do a bit of work i recommend doing a retrofit instead. The DEPO projectors are probably shit, and the ones in your car are made for halogen bulbs. Nothing beats OEM quality headlights(the adjusters, material, everything.)

http://www.theretrofitsource.com/ has some projectors you can switch out(morimoto mini being cheapest option.) There is a write up on this forum.

If you want brighter bulbs, I recommend OSRAM night breakers, best bulbs ive had, only issue is most are sold out of the states.

Depo = craaaaaaaaaaaaaap

I agree completely. Light pattern out of those are terrible on every set I've ever come across on a car.

10' CTS-V, A6, Airraid, 2.4 upper, ID850's, self tuned.

SOLD:06' LGT Wagon. BNR16G, Catless UP, DOWN, Hexmods VB, Hexmods diff bushings, BIG TMIC.

Search within that forum, or do a search on Google with "site:legacygt.com" at the end (no quotes) and it'll yield a LOT of results.

Check the sticky on top too. For stock H7 bulb socket, use Osram Rallye 65W. They are literally 50% brighter than the stock H7 bulbs and last just as long.

If you really want to change your looks though AND improve lighting, you'll have to do an HID conversion. Different opinions about this, but if you intend to stick with the stock housings, it's generally agreed upon that you should open it up and close up the 'squirrel finders' because they cause glare.

I would suggest getting a HID kit. I got one for about $80 and love the light quickly. Nearly as good as OEM xenons I have on my other cars.

I might get some Silverstar light bulbs, I think they are 70W, stock H7s are 55W right?

don't they're crap. great light quality but don't last. for the cost you can go hid.

Did you read ANY of the threads and forums I linked at all? Do any searching at all?

:spin::eek::spin:

You are so worthless. If I wanted to search, I wouldn't have created a new thread. Just tell me what parts to buy and the cheapest place to get them. You're my personal shopper, aren't you? As a matter of fact, why don't you buy them, ship to them to my house and I'll send you a check in a month or so...if the install goes well. /rant

Sorry, iNVAR, I feel your pain. You provide great help in the tech forums (I've benefited, too). I move on when the OP's post another bleat after being shown the way.

If you are looking for an HID conversion that will provide you with a nice upgrade over your factory halogen lighting, feel free to PM me and I'll give you more information.

A projector retrofit is the best setup, but our HID conversions work well in factory housings without creating excessive glare like some other kits on the market.
