I predict you'll be going front mount intercooler. Top mount is the way to go on the EJ20s. I started with the top mount AVO, but it heat soaks quickly. Also, the EJ25 doesn't mind the increase in pressure drop it will 'see'.

Agreed on the fmic... Maybe grimmspeed's will be better design, but the heat sink will still happen. I talked to a few xt/gt owners at the meet an they explained if I plan on getting 330-350 I should save up an go fmic

Thanks guys! I have already planned on calling IIR tomorrow and am planning on returning this TS tmic. Probably going to look into the AVO fmic kit and just pay the difference. This one is just to sketchy and seems like it's going to come out of the throttle body coupler if I hit a big enough bump.

I had called Turbo XS and was talking to Mark about if their fmic would allow me to keep my fogs. I got a VERY straight answer of "ummmmmmm...... I don't know". LOL! So, he offered me a pretty hefty discount to be the test mule for them and also gave me a money back guaranty including shipping if it didn't and I was unhappy at all with it. Looks like I will be put to work this weekend and hopefully a bunch of install pics as well.

On another note. I will be selling the Torque Solutions tmic for anyone who wants to try their hand at it. I am hoping it's just variations in vehicles on why I felt mine didn't fit that well. Maybe I am just too picky? IDK. Anyways, it's going up for sale for cheap and with the extras I bought for it.

The pumps the cheap part! LOL

I'm still debating which turbo to go with in the long run. I'm liking the looks of the BNR 18g.

HAHA!! Yeah, I know the pump is the cheap part! I just ordered one of those too and picked up a GMS catback from a member on here. And then there is the regular maintenance. Grrrrrr! LOL!

-New front sway bar bushings

-Passenger side valve cover gasket

-Oil cooler gasket

-Rear pads and rotors

-Driver front axle seal.

Also, I am still waiting on Nameless Performance to get my damn downpipe done. It's been over three weeks and they are still waiting on the flex joints to get them done.

On a good note. My Feal Suspension coilovers have shipped and I should have them Tuesday!!

Turbo XS fmic and Cobb SF intake are both in!! This kit 100% cleared the fog lights! Didn't even have to trim them or anything! Trimmed the bumper a bit but that was expected.

Thanks guys!

I got a couple things done today and a few more things came in.

-Got my HID kit 6000k 35w and got them installed

-My Deatschwerks fuel pump came in

THEN my coilovers arrived!! Just an FYI, these are the FIRST set of coilovers that Feal Suspension has made 05-09 Legacy specific! I am going to start a thread in the suspension sub-forum about them too

will you have to do any modifications to these in order to make them properly work with your OBXT?

I don't think there is a part number yet as these are the first set. They are LGT spec not OB. They will still work just fine on the OB though. They just get a lot lower than you can go with OB spec ones. You will probably need to call Feal Suspension to see if they have a part number yet
