Clicking sound after starting car

Hey all,

 

It's my first post and I'm looking for some help. When starting my car (2006 Legacy GT Limited w/ AT) when the engine is cold, I'm getting a clicking sound from the dash. I would say its under the steering column on the right hand side just to the left of the radio. It fairly rapid, maybe 1-2 times per second however after I drive the car for several miles and the engine temp is up for a few minutes the sound seems to stop.

 

After reading some of the posts I was seeing possibly a relay issue, however I think that would occur all the time not just after starting.

 

Any thoughts?
