Outback XT on Rt 1 in S. Kingston heading towards Charlestown on Friday afternoon. You turned off to the left off toward Matunuck/Perryville (or at least toward the beach). I was the black XT with VA plates trying to go the speed limit that you passed slowly.

Saw a black LGT on the Merrit Pkwy in CT, heading E towards the bridge by Sikorsky around 10:00 AM yesterday. I was the black OBXT heading W.

Moved from the Cape to Hampton, VA, so *sniff* take me off the Mass list...I miss the snow, but not the summer traffic.

Last Thursday, Feb 7, on 95 N just inside MA from RI, about 4:45 or so, blue LGT in the fast lane going about 85mph. I sucked behind you for a while but decided to keep it at 75mph. Rain, 33 degrees out, and 65K on the Bridgestones. Can't wait to get new tires. :-)

Yesterday, on Bridge Rd. in Eastham (may have been Orleans, not sure where the town line is) I was passed by a black GT wagon with three kayaks on top (you didn't get an Outback?) and CT plates. I was on my all-black road bike and had a red/white/blue jersey on. Also, today I saw what looked like a brand-new OBXT, silver, at the True Value in Orleans (my kid works there sometimes.) Anyone here?

Black LGT wagon with bike rack, couple in the car, on Rt. 6 in Eastham today around 5:30 PM, heading toward the Orleans Rotary. Looked really nice.

Yesterday (Friday) AM in Eastham on the Cape, Rt 6 southbound there was a silver GT wagon, and up in Truro a little later heading the same way was a white OBXT.

Saw a red LGT wagon parked on Bradford St. in Provincetown yesterday late afternoon.

Saw a two-tone blue OBXT heading North on the Jersy Turnpike while I was headed South, somewhere in the hinterlands of South Jersey. Then, got gas at the next-to-last southbound service stop right behind an OB (non-XT) that had a sticker on it from Somerset Subi in MA where my Ex got her Leggie wagon. Old guy driving never even looked at my car, even though I was ready to give him the wave.

Forgot to post this: this past Tuesday, just before noon on Rt 6 in Eastham, a white GT wagon, tinted, going toward Orleans while I was heading to Wellfleet. You had something on the roof rack.

I would be up for that.

Yesterday maybe around 3:30 on Bradford St. in Ptown, a black OBXT just like mine. I waved, but I am not sure you saw me.

Was at the Staples in Orleans, MA, yesterday and there was an older (Gen2) GT sedan parked there.

I keep seeing a red XT on Rt 6 going to and from Provincetown on the Cape. Anyone here?

Also around 11:00 yesterday, a black XT like mine heading N on 95 in NY.

 

And in NJ, on the Jersey Turnkpike, a blue GT sedan parked with some work trucks at a cell tower on the southbound side; a blue XT two-tone wagon, 30's couple driving, at a rest stop south of the GSP, we were both leaving the parking lot at the same time; and a silver GT wagon heading N on the NJT around exit 3 (I was heading south on the turnpike for all of these.)

^ It's still an interesting place, but becoming more and more gentrified as more rich types move in, drive up RE prices, and force locals to move up-Cape (Truro isn't affordable any more, so most people are looking to Eastham now, where I live.) "Affordable" being a relative thing out here anyway.

My brother lives in Deerfield, and to tell you the truth I would rather live out where you guys are than on the Cape.

Today in Wellfleet, a red OBXT going south on Rt 6, I was going North towards Ptown in the black XT. Then in Ptown, a blue two-tone XT at the diner on Shankpainter.

Friday after T-giving, an OBXT in Greenfield, MA.

Thanksgiving day, on Rt 9 west of Belchertown, a blue GT wagon going east, then later just before Amherst three silver Outbacks in a row, the middle one being an XT.

...and today a black GT wagon coming down Bridgetown Rd, S. Kingstown, from Rt 1 (may have been coming from URI) towards Rt 1A/Narragansett Campus in RI. I was the black XT coming up the hill towards the light.
