  1. Thanks for the input, I just got the crank pulley removal tool so will be digging in to verify that marking hopefully tonight. Will update when I verify.
  2. Just finished clearing the same code and rough idle situation on my 05 and the problem was with the blue T. One line disconnected at the manifold and a second cracked line behind the alternator. Before spending money on parts check for a vacuum leak. Check out this thread for some good diagrams of vacuum hose routing. I traces these and inspected u til I found my culprit but remember just because you find one keep going as there could be more. https://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/2005-2006-lgt-colored-vacuum-routing-diagram-143225.html
  3. I am new to Subaru and timing belts in general. Purchased a 2005 GT Limited with a few issues. Originally had a P0171, found three vacuum leaks with fogger all fixed code cleared along with cylinder 1-4 misfires. Also had a P0011 (yes I have done due research through this forum and found lots of great info for troubleshooting), began with three oil changes to include using the Gunk cleaner and verified banjo bolts (no screens). Code cleared, 2 days later popped CEL P0011, cleaned and swapped OCV from left to right, code popped again 3 days later P0011, still bank 1 so problem did not move to bank 2 with the swap,, brings me to next step in tree, timing belt.....this is where I need the help, to me it looks like the gears are off a bit, pulled left and right cover for inspection. Any advice would be helpful 139987 miles currently on engine, turbo inspection shaft good no leaks also banjo filter removed on back side of passenger block also. Timing belt changed by previous owner at 130268 nov 2018 by Subaru dealer (have receipt and maintenance showed on car-fax as well). Surprised to see belt alignment marks so far off pulley marks. Left to Right: Drivers side intake/exhaust driver side exhaust passenger intake passenger exhaust
