  1. 2006 Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT Limited Silver Exterior, Black Leather Interior 187k miles, Transmission: 5 Speed Manual Title: Clean Lien: None Location: Pentagon City, VA VIN: 4S3BL676966220224 Seller's email address: msunyu@gmail.com Asking Price: $5500 obo *Update* Car Sold, post can be taken down. Currently selling my 06' Legacy GT. Modestly modified but have a baby on the way and trying to sell. It has heated front seats, sun roof, power seats, & power windows. Car pulls strong, A/C and heat work perfectly (dual climate control). List of modifications: -Cobb V3 accessport (Stage 2 tune) -Perrin short ram intake -Perrin turbo inlet -Perrin catless uppipe -Invidia catless downpipe -OBX cat-back exhaust -Mishimoto radiator -Exedy stage 1 clutch -06 WRX flywheel -Prosport boost gauge -Powerstop drilled and slotted rotors -Front fender lip -Cobb shift knob -HID headlight conversion The previous owner replaced the original motor and replaced the timing belt, water pump, and pulleys when the engine was replaced. In addition, the head gaskets and valve cover seals were redone. It does have the wear that comes with 16 years. Minor scratches and dings, small rust spots, and a tear in the driver's seat. Since I’ve purchased the car I’ve replaced the driver’s side TGV sensor, driver’s side window regulator & motor assembly, window master switch, harmonic balancer, accessory belts, rear brake pads, and clutch master cylinder. Oil changed every 3k miles and only used synthetic oil every 3k miles.
  2. Thanks, good to know if I decide to go that route. Lots of wrx parts out there, not so much luck for gt parts Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  3. Thanks. Even without experience with the mats, you think that targeting the trunk would be the best location to dampen exhaust noise?
  4. I've seen sound deadening mats, would those in the spare tire space in the trunk in the sedan help reduce noise as well?
  5. Well beyond what I am capable of, kudos. I'm fairly new to the world of legacies, just bought one where the previous owner had installed aftermarket uppipe, downpipe, and catback. I don't mind the sound, but my wife thinks it is way too loud. My thoughts were to initially have a resonator installed to help with the droning, but read up that it doesn't really do much for the actual dB that the exhaust produces. I am now looking to replace the aftermarket catback with a stock one. Would you recommend this for noise reduction? Also, any potential issues I might face in switching out? I know this will affect backpressure and performance, but will it be significant? THanks
  6. Suggestions for good bearings? Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  7. Have seen guys upgrade to 08+ Sri bearings. Would that be a good alternative? Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  8. Definitely understand how adding any extra weight to the wheel hub could put stress on the wheel bearings. Wonder if there are people that have done this that have had shorter life on their bearings.
  9. So I'm assuming spacers are merely for cosmetic purposes?
  10. Thanks, I was looking through the treads and couldn't find anything. Good to know. I figured in doing them in stages. Spacers first, because affordability, and then to wider wheels. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  11. Widen the track. Just curious to see if any gains from a wider wheel might be offset by heavier tires and wheel. Or maybe any gains from a wider stance from spacer would be offset by a narrow surface for traction. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  12. Any thoughts on what would actually help more, wider wheels or wheel spacers?
  13. I've got an OBX-R CBE and i've got a sedan.
  14. Thanks for the info. I tried posting on the WTB forum, but says I don't have the privileges/ permission.
  15. I've been trying to replace my aftermarket CBE with stock. Can't seem to have any luck finding stock. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
