I’m not sure how to upload pictures from my iPhone.

I purchased a 2015 legacy premium with 30k at my local Subaru dealer. I’ve owned the car for nearly 5 weeks and the paint is rapidly deteriorating almost like something is eating it. I paid to have the dealer seal the paint and I’ve waxed it once. I’m not sure what is happening.
