  1. Oof just checked and yeah the power steering fluid was very low. Luckily I had some and added more. I drove some 8s and it was a little lower and added some more. But noise is definitely better. Still heard it a smidge of some turns but I’ll keep an ear out tomorrow while driving.
  2. My power steering in my 2009 Subaru Legacy with 104,000 miles has been noisy for a little bit. I tried changing the o-ring on the tubing as I heard those can fail and cause the noise. When I first changed it I didn’t get it seated completely and when I started the car I came back to a lot of power steering fluid leaking from it. I took it off cleaned things up and got it seated right with no more leaks. Now though the whine is even worse I’d say. Do I need to bleed the air out and then add more fluid? Should I get it checked out at my local Subaru dealership?
  3. I just installed a Sony AX1000 into my 2009 Subaru Legacy with the Harman Kardon sound system. I noticed that my factory subwoofer doesnt work now. There were also two other wire harnesses that connected to the factory stereo that werent used with the new one. Can you help me figure this out?
  4. I have a 2009 Subaru Legacy with the h/k sound system. I just replaced the OEM HU with a Sony AX1000. I noticed the sub in the rear deck isn’t working now though. I also don’t know wish the other wire harnesses are linked to. Can any one tell me how to get the sub working and what the wires go to on the factory head unit?
