I don't know - on my 2019 3.6r limited all I have to do is press the number and hold it - I don't even have a 'set' button.

Adjust it and then press and hold the 1 or 2 button until you hear the chime - have to hold it for maybe 5 seconds or something like that...at least that's the way it is on my '19 3.6r Limited.

Synthetic oil of the grade and viscosity
noted in chapter 12 is the recommended engine oil for optimum engine
performance. Conventional oil may be
used if synthetic oil is unavailable.
I just saw this yesterday in my manual. For what it's worth the dealer used synthetic in my oil change today but when we bought the car 5 months ago they made very sure to tell us that conventional was what they recommended. Bit of a disconnect there. I don't care - I'd rather have synthetic.

sounds like a loose connection causing power loss...your car is probably still under warranty - right? take it back to the dealer and have them fix it.
