My Subaru dealer couldn’t find any record of the timing belt being replaced. Their records go back to 2013 when the car had ~78k miles.

Got some photos of under the hood, and of the rust spot. Still looking for records related to the timing belt.

Pretty sure the timing belt was done. Checking my records. Exhaust had some holes and was getting loud. Will post a pic of engine bay right after I replace the battery. The only rust is just in front of the left rear tire—there’s a spot maybe 1.5” square just aft of the door, at about the same height as the top of the tire. I’ll grab a pic of that too.
