I brought my nearly new 2012 Outback in today for driver airbag and windshield wiper recall. Now my fan knob doesn't turn past 2nd notch with no fan activation and my a/c doesn't button doesn't illuminate or activate. Dealer is giving me 'control panel needs replacing' story. NO WAY!!! I had no issues prior to today. Anyone got advice???
