What's a good website to get aftermarket headlights and taillights?

It has 154000 miles on it but no boost controllers or anything else like that

So im looking at this 2005 legacy gt everything looks super clean and it runs good but the only thing that is making me hold back on getting it is the fact that it has a 3in down pipe and and a 3in turbo inlet on it with NO tune, what are your thoughts?
