  1. Ok...I have a 2008 Spec B, with about 40K on the Bilsteins its currently on (according to carfax when i got the car)...I also have a set of H&R Sport springs that have been sitting in the garage for almost a year... What should I expect if I actually go about putting the H&R springs on my Spec B? I have searched, I have read everything from it's a perfect amount drop with a nice ride, to it'll be too harsh and the springs aren't designed for Bilsteins, and it'll raise the front even higher...or maybe that was going from a non-Bilstein LGT to Bilsteins? I know the Spec B tophats are taller, so wouldn't the amount of drop be the same on Spec B regardless? It's already got cobb swaybars installed, I like the way it rides/performs, but wouldn't mind being a little lower...I don't want it slammed, and a little firmer ride would be ok too. I know firmness/harshness will be subjective, the the only real answer for ME would be to try it out myself, but want to see if anybody that has experienced this combo was or wasn't happy any why...Hope I can get some opinions...thanks.
  2. may I ask where you got the wing, and did you have more pics with different angles?
  3. I don't post here much, but just finished a stage 2 e-tune with Dave on my Spec B. My car has a lot more power across the board, especially from about 2,800 on up. Definite increase in power, and the drivability made me love my car even more. Easy process and highly recommended.
  4. got it...was just putting it out there...if you didn't want to wait too long. best of luck to you all to get these made.
  5. sorry, but why not just go with wicked cas?
  6. noticed that you didn't have to tap the lower mounting hole...has the design changed?
  7. Ok...I've searched...but still have questions... I have a 2008 spec B...I recently put in an aftermarket HU with the JDM double DIN kit, blah blah...but I got stuck with the amplifier install...specifically running wires...I have the amp already under the front passenger seat. First, is through the fender grommet going to be the best place to run the 4 gauge power wire? I couldn't see using any other existing grommets/plugs on the firewall that I could use, and the 4 gauge is pretty girthy...just making sure before I (re)order power cable. Second, how the heck am I supposed to get under the carpet. I was able to pop out the sill trim, but the carpet is stapled to those white plastic pieces that are somehow attached to the body? Am i supposed to remove the staples? how about re-stapling? do the plastic pieces somehow detach? I don't want to destroy anything. I was able to run the RCA cables down the sill side, but I need to get under the carpet to the tunnel side to run power, speakers, and to retrieve a few screw and driver bits I dropped doing the HU install.
  8. How does one get a hold of one of these? Still have any for sale?
