What is the ssm and where can i obtain?

I did the self diagnostics and after flashing 20 it started flashing 46. Does anyone know what this code is? I jumped the clutch and was able to get the right pressures. The compressor does work when i add the 12 volts to the clutch wires.

The reading was high and low . 50 PSI each.Compressor not running. Should they both be 100 not running.I evacuated the system and this is all it would take. Compressor not kicking in. Thanks

Hooked up my gauges to high and low ports air conditioning on. High and low read 50 psi like the compressor is not engaing. I replaced the compressor and expansion valve and still the same thing. The compressor does not seem to have a clutch.It just spins all the time.There are 2 plugs on the compressor.One must be to engage the compressor but where does it get its signal from? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
