  1. Oh, thanks man, I was getting worried. xD Good to know, I'll look around for what to get. Cheers.
  2. Hello guys! I am turning to the forums for help with this issue. I have an ELM327 Wi-Fi scanner that will not connect to the ECU in my GT-B. I am not sure if it just doesn't like the scanner or if there's something wrong with my OBD-II port. It will not work in any key position. I wiggled it around and it wouldn't work. I seriously hope that the port is OK. Any help is appreciated! Thanks, fellow Subarists.
  3. Sounds nice. If you can give me a good idea where to look for tunes and parts, that would be cool. Cheers
  4. Aw. If you don’t mind me asking, what is an S401? xD Sorry but the sad truth is that I am still fairly inexperienced.
  5. Does that mean I they could potentially gain value in the future if kept in good condition?
  6. Oh! Didn't know that. Mine has 225k and we currently daily it. The reason why I like 3rd gens is because they simply look gorgeous in my mind. Lovely interior too.
  7. Dang. Well the only good deals are probably over in Japan as I do not see much of these on TradeMe.
  8. Queenstown (could it get worse for tuning? xD). Already checked the plate. Thanks for the info. Would it actually be possible to swap a Rev. D ECU? Seems ok in theory.
  9. Dang only 1-2 tuners? I knew the older LGTs are hard to tune but oof. Thanks guys! Also thanks for that link! The engine is an EJ208D but that likely doesn’t have anything to do with revisions. Keep in mind I don’t know what I’m doing so that help is quite appreciated.
  10. So I am a total noob to tuning and modding. I probably will not attempt any real projects soon but I would like to ask you guys what is actually a good way to boost a Legacy GT-B to 300 - 320bhp? I do not wish to swap turbos or stuff. The max I would do is downpipe exhaust, intercooler upgrade and big tune. As I said, I do not know much about tuning and modding but I want to throw the question out there for future reference. Thanks guys!
